Give me a needle, some thread, and some time, and see what I can do!

While my parents went away for vacation, I was left at home, armed with nothing but a puppy, a tote-full of books, and, well, my sewing supplies. So what did I do? Sew up a cute ruffled skirt of course! It is made from a McCall's pattern, and I put my own spin on it by making it out of assorted gingham fabrics. I am going to upload pictures soon.
